Ver 26.2.0 2026-09-09
117 NEW LAB VALUES
Coagulation, infectious disease, body fluids, toxicology and therapeutic drug monitoring — 412 labs in all, across three new categories. Anti-Xa and the thrombophilia workup, ADAMTS13, HIV and syphilis serology, ascitic and pleural fluid analysis, cystatin C, ANA and the autoantibody panel, free light chains, beta-D-glucan, and more.
CORRECTIONS AFTER CLINICAL REVIEW
The vancomycin trough now reads 15-20 µg/mL with a critical value above 25. The previous range flagged a therapeutic level as a panic value.
Lead has been brought up to current CDC and NIOSH guidance, with a separate paediatric entry. A duplicated vitamin D row and a corrupted urine creatinine name have been fixed.
SEARCH
"CPK" now finds creatine kinase — it was there all along, filed under CK. Filtering inside a category now finds a lab by its short name too, the same way the Labs tab does: filter Electrolytes by "K" and you get Potassium, instead of nothing at all. When a filter matches nothing, the screen says so rather than going blank.
Every section's search also reports when it comes up empty, so we can see which lists are missing the entries you expect and fill them in. What you type is never collected.
COAGULATION HAS ITS OWN CATEGORY
PT, INR, PTT, D-dimer, protein C and S and the rest of the thrombophilia workup have moved out of Liver Disease into a category of their own.
ALSO FROM HIPPOSOFT
More now includes Heart Murmurs Pro, our cardiac auscultation trainer: 24 murmurs and heart sounds, each with a labelled waveform showing where the sound falls in the cardiac cycle, a diagram of the site it is heard best, and a quiz that can bring a murmur you miss back later in the same run.

FAVORITES ARE BACK ON THEIR OWN TAB
A proper list of everything you've starred — labs, abbreviations and prefixes together — instead of a strip on the home screen. Swipe to remove.
A SIMPLER HOME SCREEN
Four tabs instead of five, and less stacked on the first screen. Abbreviations, Prefix/Suffix and the Tube Guide now live under More, and everything is still searchable from the Labs tab.
Search also puts the test you actually typed at the top of the results, instead of anything that merely mentions it.
BROWSING
• An A–Z index down the side of All Labs, Abbreviations and Prefix/Suffix — jump straight to a letter instead of scrolling
• Suffixes are filed under their own letter at last, so "-emia" sits under E rather than in a single pile
• Tighter rows: about half again as many entries on screen
• The blood tube guide now numbers each tube in the draw order
REFERENCE DATA
• Corrected units for PSA, globulin and total protein
• Triglycerides consolidated into one risk-based entry
• Lactate consolidated into "Lactic Acid"
All reviewed by a physician.
