Usability and stability improvements.

Agent status now syncs through iCloud, so every device shows the latest state as soon as the app opens. The Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island lists only sessions that need input or have finished, oldest first. Renaming a mux now renames its tmux session on the server too, and the row being renamed turns into a clear text field. Right-click a file or folder in the file tree to preview or download it, copy its path, or insert the path into the terminal. Overview cards no longer leave empty space at the bottom.

On iPhone, showing or hiding the software keyboard now resizes the terminal in one smooth step instead of several jumps. Long folder names in the sidebar stay on one line, and the connection cover now reaches the screen edges.

Reordered the iPhone Duo toolbar to keyboard, navigation & shortcuts, then the right sidebar, and fixed top buttons in the file screen not responding on the unfolded display in portrait. On Mac, right-click a host or user to edit or delete it. The first connection now appears in one smooth reveal once the screen is ready, and switching mux shows the last screen instead of a connecting card, then blends into the live view.

Matched the keyboard toolbar background to the terminal and widened the key strip on iPhone Duo. Hold keys to repeat, and double-tap Ctrl or Alt to lock them, with VoiceOver lock actions. Connection setup commands are now hidden, and the previous screen keeps its full size while reconnecting. Collapsed folders are skipped during startup auto-connect, and you can connect or disconnect a whole folder. iPad Overview again shows multiple columns that fit the window and lists sessions needing input or working first. Background agent work is now shown separately from completion (requires the updated muxpad status hook on the server). When tmux fails to start, shell output is preserved and retry guidance is shown.
