Settings → Notifications → Daily Agenda. Pick a time and WorkFlow sends a single summary — "3 overdue · 2 due today" — with the oldest thing still waiting. Tap it and you land on the Reminders section. One digest rather than a separate alert per task, and nothing at all on a day with nothing overdue and nothing due. Off until you turn it on.

HIGHLIGHT WHAT MATTERS IN A COMMENT
Long press a comment and choose Highlight, then tap the sentences worth keeping. They stay marked in the thread and collect in a Highlights panel at the top of the task — so a forty-comment conversation can be read back as the five lines that counted. The decision you had to scroll for is now the first thing you see.
A PROPER REMINDERS SECTION
The Dashboard's date list has been rebuilt. Each group carries its own colour, tap a row's circle to complete it there and then, and tap the bell to set the actual alert — which that screen never let you do before. New Scheduled group for everything carrying an alert, with the time it will go off. And Anytime is now No Date, meaning tasks with no due date rather than every task you own.
MAKE THE CARDS YOURS
A new Metadata Colour setting tints the quiet second line of every card — project, dates, assignee — by accent, by priority, or by project, so a mixed list reads at a glance. NOT EVERYTHING IS A DEADLINE
A task can now have no due date at all. Turn Due Date off in the task, or tap Due… → No Due Date on its menu, and it stops counting as overdue, leaves the calendar, and sorts to the end of a date-ordered list. Checklists, reading lists, reference notes and someday ideas no longer turn red just for still being there. Switch a date back on and the one you had comes back.

Every card now shows the day it was created and how long it has been open — "9 Sep · 4d" — and the task itself spells it out beside Task Details. SCAN A DOCUMENT INTO A NOTE
Notepad → ⋯ → Scan Document. Photograph a page and it lands on the note twice over: the page itself, and its text read into the note — so you can search it, edit it, and hand it to your assistant on the Mac.
TABLES IN NOTES
Notepad → ⋯ → Insert Table. Choose the columns and rows, name the headings, then fill it in. It stays plain text underneath, so it survives search and conversion intact.
SAVE AN ATTACHMENT ANYWHERE
Attachments finally have a Save action, in the ⋯ menu of every viewer and on the file's own menu. Pick a folder in Files and it saves there, under the name you gave it. Until now the only way out of WorkFlow was buried in the share sheet.
WEB PAGES OPEN AS PAGES
An .html attachment now renders as the page it is, instead of the blank sheet it used to show. View Source is in the ⋯ menu if you want the markup underneath.
SHARE WORKS ON ATTACHMENTS AGAIN
Share from an attachment's long-press menu did nothing at all. It now opens the share sheet properly — from the file's row, from the Documents list, and from inside every document viewer.

TASKS FROM SIRI NOW SYNC
A task added through Siri or a Shortcut was written in a way that never reached iCloud. It sat on that one device until you next opened the app, and until then your other devices knew nothing about it. Shortcuts now write through the same path as the app, so a task you dictate turns up everywhere straight away.
