Project Manager - Workflowは、独自のタブ構成で作業画面を自由にカスタマイズできる仕事効率化アプリです。
メモ帳に書き留めた断片的なアイデアを、その場でタスクやプロジェクトへ変換する機能があります。カレンダーやガントチャートと双方向の同期が行われるため、期限の管理や進捗の把握を一つの画面でまとめて行えます。未読のコメントには通知バッジが表示されるため、チームとのやり取りを見逃さずに済みます。集中力を高めるためのタイマー機能も備わっており、作業時間を正確に記録しながら進められます。

• Morning brief: pick an assistant and a time, and it writes you a few lines each morning about what's due, what needs you and what it did. The brief becomes your Today in WorkFlow notification and a card at the top of My Day. Tap a line to open its task.
• Check-ins: every few hours, outside your quiet hours, the assistant looks for anything new, such as a task that just went overdue, a deadline with nothing done on it, or an email asking a question. It only speaks up when there is something to say.
• Proposals: an assistant can suggest a change instead of making it. The task shows exactly what would change, with Apply and Decline, and you can say why when you decline. "Needs Your OK" on My Day gathers everything waiting for you.
