Ver 3 2026-10-15
RunReady 3 asks how you feel in the morning and plans your run from there. New: light mode, a Training tab with the readiness of every run, Insights with a calendar, and widgets for your recommendation and weekly plan.
TODAY
- Do you want to run today? Tell RunReady whether you feel fresh, normal or tired, or skip today. Your recommendation follows.
- Tap HRV, resting heart rate, sleep or load in the ring: see the last 30 nights with your normal range, your sleep stages or your training week.
- Load shows your 7-day ratio against your usual training. Between 0.8 and 1.3 you are in the sweet spot.
- If your resting heart rate stays well above your average for two nights, it turns red in the ring. Optionally RunReady sends a notification.
- Send your recommendation to Apple Watch as a workout with heart rate targets.
- Open the value table when you need it via "All values compared".
TRAINING
- The new tab shows your week with plan and weekly goal at the top, your runs as a timeline below.
- Every run shows that morning's readiness with all four sub-scores and whether the run matched the recommendation.
- The pace chart shows every 200 m where you sped up or slowed down.
- Your effort rating from Apple Fitness appears in the run.
- Best efforts over 1 km, 5 km, 10 km and half marathon.
INSIGHTS
- Readiness history over 30 days, 90 days or a year, with a second line to compare.
- "What moves your score?" compares your mornings after short nights, load jumps and long runs with all others.
- Pace at the same heart rate, weekly distance with goal, monthly distance and running form: pace, efficiency and cadence.
- Calendar with readiness or kilometres for every day. Tap a day to see its run.
- Time axes follow the time span, even when a single old run lies years back.
YOUR YEAR FROM DAY ONE
- Under Settings › Archive, RunReady pulls up to 365 days from Apple Health and calculates their scores.
- Runs you delete in Apple Health disappear from RunReady too.
WIDGETS
- New: recommendation and weekly plan, each in small, medium and Lock Screen sizes, plus a large widget with readiness, recommendation and week.
- Without current data the widgets show "No score yet" instead of a sample value.
SETTINGS
- Reorganised into pages: Weekly plan, Heart Rate Zones, Plan adjustment, Workouts on Apple Watch, Archive, Notifications, Appearance.
- Light, dark or system.
- Plan adjustment (opt-in): if your score is too low for a quality session, RunReady moves it to a later day of the week.
- Send feedback right from the app, with version and device already in the mail.
MORE IMPROVEMENTS
- Max heart rate ignores single measurement spikes.
- The monthly comparison always uses the previous calendar month.
- Numbers use one typeface, digits stay aligned in tables.

Schlafdaten aus mehreren Quellen
- Tracken mehrere Apps denselben Schlaf (z.B.
