This update fixes a startup crash and improves layouts across Tarsi.
STARTUP FIX
Fixed an issue on older iOS versions where Tarsi could close immediately after showing the green splash screen.
IPHONE DUO
Tarsi now adapts as you fold, unfold, and rotate your iPhone Duo. Improved header spacing, toolbar layout, and the Wallet mascot on the unfolded display. On the folded display, less-used toolbar actions move into the menu while Home, Wallet, Plan, and History stay visible.
LAYOUT IMPROVEMENTS
Improved header spacing on smaller and larger iPhones, Home summary text, and keyboard spacing when adding income.

See more detail in your spending, with tag-based analysis and fixes across Tarsi.
SPENDING BY TAG
Filter Reports, Statistics, spending breakdowns, and Calendar by one or more tags. View spending totals for each tag, monthly breakdowns, and comparisons with the previous period in Insights. Combined totals count each matching transaction once, even when it has multiple tags.
GOAL TRANSACTION DATES
Choose the date when adding or withdrawing money from a savings goal, and edit the date of an existing goal transaction.
SHARED ACCOUNTS
Shared accounts now appear when choosing a default account and logging expenses or income. Fixed missing shared loan payments for group members.
INSTALLMENTS
Record Payment now stays with the selected installment plan. Unpaid installments with past due dates correctly show Overdue. Hidden zero-amount installment placeholders no longer clutter Calendar or expose the plan to accidental deletion from that entry.
CALENDAR & HOME
Fixed Calendar appearing blank with Reduce Motion enabled. Tarsi on Home now keeps your saved clothing and accessories when its animation is unavailable.
OTHER IMPROVEMENTS
The Add Category button in Split Expense now sits below the allocation cards. Improved History scrolling and swipe gestures.

CUSTOMIZABLE WIDGETS

SPOTLIGHT & LINKS
Find your accounts, budgets, and goals in Spotlight and open them directly in Tarsi. Links also open more reliably when the app is already running.
SHARED ACCOUNTS
Fixed subcategories and tags disappearing after saving shared transactions. Your selections now remain when you reopen an entry, and History tag filters include shared transactions. Planned and recurring shared expenses also keep their tags.
OTHER FIXES

Tarsi is now on Apple Watch, with more reliable shared finances and installment tracking.
APPLE WATCH
Check today’s spending, net worth, budgets, and recent expenses from your wrist. Log an expense with an account, category, and optional note, then sync it back to your iPhone. Privacy Mode carries over to your Watch too.
SHARED ACCOUNTS & LOANS
Shared loan members can now see payment schedules and upcoming payments on Home. Active loans no longer incorrectly appear as Completed.
Tap shared transactions you can edit directly from History or the account screen. Date, time, and subcategory changes now save and appear correctly, with the right account selected. Shared transactions on the owner’s account screen also show their account tag.
Improved shared transaction editing layouts so Save stays easy to reach. Returning to an account while offline keeps its loaded transactions visible.
Shared cards now show the owner’s published Running Balance when that display option is selected.
INSTALLMENTS
You can now track installments on shared cards you’ve joined. The purchase is recorded in the group, while the installment plan stays on your device.
Fixed card payments for an earlier statement incorrectly marking installments in the current cycle as partly paid.
MONEY OWED TO YOU
Clearer “Lent from” and “Collect into” fields make it easier to choose where money leaves and where repayments go. The lending account is now preselected and visible in the main form.
TARSI ID & QR CODES
Accounts you own and share with a group are available again as Tarsi ID payment methods and in the Tarceipt payment QR picker.
FIXES
Fixed a date-picker issue that could cause crashes or misplaced content when selecting dates throughout the app.

Ver 2.4.7 2026-10-06
A big update for shared finances, debts, Insights, and Goals — plus the new Tarsi Wrapped. Managing money with other people is now more accurate, flexible, and easier to understand.
NEW
Tarsi Wrapped is here. Get a recap of your finances for the month or year and look back at how your money moved.
Reaching a savings goal now automatically marks it as Completed and celebrates the milestone with your Tarsi.
MONEY OWED TO YOU
Adding an entry is now quicker. You only need a name, amount, and account to get started. Interest, payment plans, dates, and notes are now under More details.
The “Who owes you?” field now suggests people, entities, and organizations you’ve previously saved. Tap a suggestion to fill in the name and type.
Tarsi now catches duplicate names even when capitalization is different, so existing people and entities are reused instead of creating another version.
Each entry now uses its description as the heading, with opened and expected dates shown underneath for a cleaner view.
DEBTS
You can now choose a currency for each debt or Money Owed to You entry directly from the form. No need to change your default currency first.
SHARED FINANCES
Group owners can now rename shared groups, and the new name automatically appears for everyone.
When splitting a shared bill, you can choose whether your expense should record just your share, the full amount, or a custom amount. What others owe you is still tracked either way.
Expenses you log on shared accounts you’ve joined now correctly appear in History.
Editing income on a shared account now updates the original transaction instead of creating a duplicate.
Statistics now counts only shared-account transactions you personally made, so spending from other members no longer inflates your totals.
Insights can now switch between My finances and individual shared groups. Your own transactions on shared accounts are also included in your personal Insights and Spending.
Subcategories now save and display correctly on shared-account transactions.
Shared credit card statement cycle totals now correctly include expenses logged by other members.
INSIGHTS
Your selected accounts and date range in Insights now carry into screens under Explore your finances. A “From Insights” label shows when those filters are active, with an option to clear them.
Spending follows the same accounts and date range, so its total stays consistent with Insights.
Cash Flow follows the same accounts while keeping its own forward-looking dates.
Net Worth follows your selected account and date range. When multiple accounts are selected, it shows all of them.
Budgets continue to cover all accounts for the current budget cycle and now make this clearer.
CALENDAR
The calendar has been refreshed with a cleaner, iOS-style month grid and no longer overlaps the spending breakdown above it.
CASH FLOW
The forecast timeline is easier to scan. Each day now shows its full date and transaction count together in a cleaner header.
GOALS
Interest earned can now be corrected. Tap an Interest earned entry in a Goal’s transaction log to change it to the amount your bank actually paid or delete it entirely.
PLANNED PAYMENTS
Fixed recurring plans with payment limits disappearing because of older, similar-looking expenses.
The recurring count on the Plan tab now matches the Planned Payments screen.
BUY NOW, PAY LATER
Installments on pay-later accounts with a statement day are now billed on their bill date and correctly counted in the current cycle.
You can also set or correct the bill date for individual installments.
TARSI ID
Fixed missing profile photos after unpublishing and republishing a Tarsi ID. If your page currently shows your initials, select your profile photo again to restore it.
WEB
Fixed the What’s New page showing an error on the web. Release notes now load correctly.
