Biometric Notes
Biometric Notes

Biometric Notes

Ver 2.0 2026-10-05
Biometric Notes 2.0 is a major update built for the latest iPhones and iPadOS.
Encrypt Notes with your own passphrase
• Every note is sealed on your device with a key only you hold. Not a backup, not another app, not even we can read them.
• Unlock with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passphrase.
Hide what matters most
• Conceal card numbers, PINs, or anything sensitive inside a note. They show as dots until you tap.
• Decoy Vault: a second passphrase opens a separate set of harmless notes.
• Self-destructing notes that delete themselves after an hour, a day, a week, or a month.
Stay protected
• Notes hide instantly during screen recording or mirroring, and in the app switcher.
• See every failed unlock attempt in Settings.
• Copied text clears itself from the clipboard after 30 seconds.
• Auto-lock timing you control.
Encrypted backups
• Export all notes as a passphrase-protected file and restore them on any iPhone.
Intelligence that never leaves your phone
• On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, summarize a note, suggest a title, pull out to-dos, or suggest tags. Everything runs on the device.
Plus a redesigned Settings screen, full support for the latest iOS, and dark mode. Your existing notes are kept exactly as they were.
Your existing notes are kept exactly as they were. Thank you for using Biometric Notes!
