AuditBricks: Site Audit Reportはどんなアプリ？
AuditBricks: Site Audit Reportは、現場の点検や工事の進捗状況をプロ仕様の報告書として記録するアプリです。
現場で見つかった不備や安全上の問題を写真と一緒に保存し、矢印や枠線などの図形を用いて問題箇所を強調できます。音声入力を使うと、問題のタイトルや修復期限を自動で入力するため、手が離せない状況でもスムーズに記録が進みます。複数の写真を一つの項目にまとめたり、外部のファイルから一括で取り込んだりすることもできます。ネット環境がない地下や建設現場でも動作するため、その場ですぐに報告書を作成できます。
下請け業者への指示や、チーム内での担当者の割り当ても管理画面から簡単に行えます。完成したデータは、自社のロゴを入れたPDFやExcel形式のファイルとして書き出せるため、そのままメールや共有フォルダへ送付できます。建設現場の点検や施設のメンテナンスなど、正確な報告を積み重ねる必要がある現場管理の業務に合っています。
