Flowave: Focus & Sleepはどんなアプリ？
Flowave: Focus & Sleepは、独自の音響とタイマーを組み合わせて集中や休息の時間を管理するアプリです。
デバイス内で生成されるバイノーラルビートや、雨や森といった自然の環境音を自由に重ねて自分だけの空間を作れます。あわせて作業時間を管理するポモドーロタイマーが備わっており、目標の進捗状況を視覚的に確認しながら取り組めます。インターネットへの接続を必要とせず、複数の音を組み合わせて集中力を高める環境を整えられます。
仕事や勉強の区切りを明確にしたいときや、周囲の雑音を遮って深く思考にふけりたい場面で便利です。自分のペースに合わせて休憩時間を調整できるため、長時間の作業でも集中力を維持したい場面で使い勝手が良いです。

独自のバイノーラルビート
デバイス内で生成される音響を使い、脳の活動に働きかける波形を聴きながら集中したい時にも便利です。あらかじめ用意された複数のプリセットから選ぶことで自分に合うものを見つけられます。
気分で選べる生成型トラック
アンビエントやアップリフティングなど、気分に合わせて選べる二十種類の生成型トラックが用意されています。その時の気分に合わせた音の重なりで自分だけの空間を作り出せます。
重なり合う自然の環境音
波の音や雨の音、森のざわめきといった七種類の自然の音を自由に重ねて流せます。複数の音を組み合わせることで周囲の雑音をかき消し、深く思考にふけるための環境を整えられます。
作業と休憩を管理するタイマー
ポモドーロタイマーで集中する時間と休憩の時間を切り替えて管理できます。目標の進捗をグラフやカレンダーで振り返りながら、日々の学習や仕事のペースを計画的に進められる仕組みです。
