Refillrackはどんなアプリ？
Refillrackは、薬の在庫管理や服用履歴を記録できる管理アプリです。
実際の在庫数と予定の消費量を比較して、次回の受け渡しに向けた情報を整理できます。服用履歴や再補充の履歴を記録する機能に加え、旅行の際に必要な薬の量を計画する機能も備わっています。処方内容を変えずに、手元にある薬の単位を正確に記録できるため、正確な在庫状況を把握できます。
複数の薬を飲み分ける必要がある方や、次回の診察で医師へ正確な残量を伝えたい場面で役立ちます。旅行の準備をする際に、必要な量をあらかじめ計算してまとめたいときにも重宝します。

Count Check
Count Check compares a physical supply count with an estimate from a captured schedule and starting stock. Keep dated observations and prepare a clear handoff without changing prescribed use.
1. Open Count, choose a medication and confirm the physical count unit separately from medication strength.
2. Enter the starting stock, baseline date, units per dose and actual count date. Confirm the unit before comparing.
3. Review the signed difference and assumptions, save an observation and prepare its handoff.
Scheduled use is a calendar-day average, not a record of doses actually taken. As-needed use has unknown projected consumption and coverage. This organizer does not recommend doses, determine adherence, authorize refills or change medication instructions. Keep the physical unit separate from mg or other strength units. Up to 500 observations; counts do not overwrite prescription records.

This update sharpens the interface: the iPad layout now uses a centered, comfortable reading width instead of stretching edge to edge, plus small display fixes. iPhone is unchanged.
