Client Compassはどんなアプリ？
Client Compassは、コンサルタントやフリーランス、小規模なチーム向けの案件管理用台帳です。
進捗の滞りや期限切れの案件を一覧で把握できるため、注意が必要な箇所をすぐに特定できます。各案件の完了条件や証拠となる情報を記録し、次に誰が動くべきかを明確にするための項目も備わっています。電話やメールでのやり取りを事実に基づいた履歴として保存できるので、言った言わないのトラブルを防ぎながら正確な進or捗りを確認できます。
仕事のあゆみや決定事項を時系列で残したい現場で重宝します。特に、発注者と受注者のどちらが次に動くべきかを見失いやすいプロジェクトにおいて、責任の所在をはっきりさせたい場面にうってつけです。

滞りや期限切れの案件の把握
管理画面から進捗が止まった案件や期限を過ぎたタスクを一目で確認できます。問題が発生している箇所をすぐに特定できるため、迅速な対応が必要な場面で便利です。
完了条件と証拠情報の網羅確認
各案件の完了条件や必要な証拠が揃っているかを細かくチェックできます。不足している情報を見逃さず、正確な納品基準を満たしているかを確認しながら進められます。
次に対応する主体の明確化
