HealthLog - Companion Appはどんなアプリ？
HealthLog - Companion Appは、独自のサーバーと連携して個人の健康データを管理するアプリです。
血圧や歩数、睡眠の状態などの体調変化を一覧で確認できる画面があります。Appleヘルスケアと双方向にデータを同期するため、複数の機器をまたいで記録をまとめられます。服用すべき薬のスケジュールに合わせて通知が届き、薬の種類や服用タイミングを正確に管理できます。グラフ機能で推移を詳しく分析したり、特定の数値を比較して体調の変化を把握したりすることもできます。
Apple Watchと連携して手元で通知を確認できるため、外出先でも薬の飲み忘れを防げます。自分のサーバーでデータを管理する仕組みにより、プライバシーを守りながら自分だけの健康記録を蓄積したい場面に向いています。日々の体調の変化をグラフや数値で正確に記録したい方にとって重宝するツールです。

服用スケジュールに合わせた通知が届くため、薬の飲み忘れを防げます。通知ボタンを押すだけで摂取記録を登録できるほか、特定の薬品に向けた詳細な管理も行えます。

HealthLog 1.4 is calmer and more reliable. Explanations now sit together behind each screen's (i) instead of single hints between cards. Recovery in Insights shows its 30-day course. What you delete in Apple Health now disappears from your server too, and many small sync and display errors are fixed.
Ver 1.3.0 2026-10-19
HealthLog 1.3 brings in new readings first and tells you honestly what arrived.
• New data first: new nights, readings and medications arrive right away, even while the app is still catching up on older history. In Settings, Apple Health, "Sync everything now" loads your whole history in one go.
• Medications you log in Apple Health now reach your server in the background too.
• Entries waiting for a connection are counted correctly. Anything your server could not accept is listed with its reason in Sync Diagnostics and can be sent again.
• Sync Diagnostics says for every fact whether it comes from your server or this iPhone, and tells "last checked" apart from "new value sent". "Copy report" helps when you ask for support.
• Your server weighs in: trend arrows on tiles take its verdict, charts show reference lines, and mood patterns are back.
• Labs: edit spellings and merge markers.
• Server errors show a short error ID, and Settings, About, "Copy support info" copies everything for your report.
• The app passes on your AI consent only when you explicitly agree, and it names the service your data goes to.
• Also: AI usage in three levels, links in notifications open the right screen, and a switch decides whether notifications show health values.
• Many small fixes, including in the doctor report.
