Yap!!はどんなアプリ？
Yap!!は、音声メモから抽出した行動を基に、集中するための工程リストを作成するアプリです。
音声で吹き込んだ内容から具体的な作業を抜き出して、一つずつ順番に進めるための工程に変換します。各工程に予定時間を割り振ることで、全体の進捗を管理しながら取り組めます。作業中に一時停止をした際、次の動きや結果をその都度記録できる入力欄があるため、中断した際の再開もスムーズです。完了したセッションの報告書は後から確認したり、他の人と共有したりする機能も備わっています。
複数のタスクを抱えながら、どこから手をつければよいか迷う場面で役立ちます。自分の作業を細かなステップに分解して、一つずつ確実に片付けていきたい人に合っています。

録音した音声から具体的な行動を自動で抜き出します。断片的なメモを整理し、取り組むべきタスクを並べた工程リストとして組み立てられます。
各工程への予定時間の割り当て
一つひとつの工程に予定時間を設定して、順番に進める計画を立てられます。全体の進捗を把握しながら、時間配分を意識して作業に集中できます。
一時停止時の経過と次の動きの記録
作業を中断した際に、その時までの結果や次にとるべき行動を入力する欄があります。中断した箇所からスムーズに再開したい場面で助けになります。
完了したセッションの報告書共有
終了した作業の報告書を確認するほか、他者へ共有することも選べます。過去の記録を振り返りながら、チーム内での情報共有も円滑に行えます。

Follow-through Focus
Build a focus queue from actions extracted from your voice notes. Work on one step at a time, track active time and keep an outcome for every step.
1. Open Focus and select up to five open actions. Choose the planned minutes per step and create the queue.
2. Start the timer, work on the current step, and pause when needed. Write an outcome or next move before finishing each step.
3. Review the completed session and share its report. Reopen sessions later; source memos and task completion states stay separate.
Extracted tasks need your review. Queues preserve a snapshot of the selected wording and source memo identifier. Finishing a focus step does not mark its source commitment done. Leaving the screen pauses and saves; a forced quit can lose time since the last pause. Up to five steps per session, 1–120 planned minutes per step and 100 saved sessions.

Version 2.2 adds Loose Ends — commitment threading across days. Yap!! links the decisions, commitments, risks, and questions you speak across different days into single threads. The Loose Ends tab shows follow-through, your oldest open thread, and contradictions — and every number taps through to the exact sentence on your own recording. Spoken deadlines become due dates. Everything is computed on-device from your transcripts.
Ver 2.1 2026-06-29
Version 2.1 adds Decision Briefs for daily wraps. Yap!! now pulls decisions, risks, next moves, and follow-up questions from your transcripts, then includes them in the wrap result and exported PDF. This update also refreshes the App Store screenshots, website copy, metadata, and review notes.
