Plan B Desk
Keep a backup venue, contact and decision deadline beside an event, then record a reviewed change to an indoor plan.
1. Open Plan B Desk, choose an eligible event and record the backup venue, contact and decision time.
2. Confirm the backup and review the forecast context, including stale or missing data.
3. Apply the decision to the event and retain the original details for guarded restoration.
Applies to eligible nonrecurring, uncompleted events. You must confirm availability and tell attendees yourself. Forecasts are not guarantees. For lightning, use a substantial building or appropriate enclosed vehicle; tents and picnic shelters are not safe shelter.

Watch compares each new forecast against the one it recorded before, so you catch a plan turning wet before the day arrives — not just how good the day looks right now. Today shows the top changes, Insights has a full Watch board, and each outdoor event can show how its outlook drifted.

Day Command Center, hourly forecasts, smart rescheduling, prep checklists, wardrobe guidance, safety advisories, and multi-day trip windows remain. This release adds the change-over-time view those tools were missing.
