Grape Notes Pro 2.0 is the biggest update yet.

- Turn into Note: turn a scanned or photographed page into an editable Markdown note. Headings, bullets, numbered lines, checkboxes and TODO lines are recognized, and wrapped lines are joined back into paragraphs.
- Searchable PDFs: new scans embed their text as an invisible layer, so you can search, select and copy it in other apps. Read Text Again does the same for scans from earlier versions.
- Find in Scan: search inside a scan or PDF and jump between highlighted matches.
- Text Recognition settings: automatic or chosen languages, a custom vocabulary for names and jargon, and a switch for spelling correction.
- From Photos: turn photos of notes, whiteboards or receipts into a searchable PDF, with rotate, reorder and filters.
- Better search: every word must match, in any order and ignoring accents. Best matches come first, with a highlighted snippet.
- Found in This Note: dates, links, emails, phone numbers and addresses in a note, one tap away. Tap a date to set a reminder.
- Summarize: on devices with Apple Intelligence (iOS 26 or later) the on-device model writes the summary; elsewhere the app picks the key sentences.
- Siri, Shortcuts and Spotlight: Scan Notes, Notes from Photos, New Note and Search Notes actions, and notes show up in Home Screen search (you can turn this off).
- Exports: PDFs now run over as many pages as the note needs (long notes used to be cut off after one page), plus new Rich Text and HTML formats, and bulk export as separate PDFs or one combined PDF.
- Scan Studio: apply a filter to all pages, crisper Black & White, and scans sized to print at Letter width.
- Fixes: rotated pages are now read upright, and exported PDFs stay readable when the phone is in Dark Mode.

New — Note Map. Grape Notes Pro now connects your notes automatically. A private, on-device engine links notes that share topics, explains why each pair is related, and flags possible duplicates — no manual tagging, no account, and nothing ever leaves your device. Open Note Map from the home screen to explore the constellation of your library, or check the new Related notes section inside any note.

This update sharpens the interface: the iPad layout now uses a centered, comfortable reading width instead of stretching edge to edge, plus small display fixes. iPhone is unchanged.
