Ver 1.94 2026-09-26
Halò now speaks 10 more languages
Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Malay, Traditional Chinese, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. Halò follows your iPhone's language automatically — or pick one just for Halò in Settings › Apps › Halò › Language.

Loan payment reminders
Give any loan a due day and Halò reminds you before it. Record a payment during the month and that month's reminder is skipped — no nagging for something you've already paid. Loans now show on the Home banner and the calendar too.

Your bank's exchange rate, not the market's
Transferring between accounts in different currencies? Tap the amount your bank actually credited, or type its rate, and Halò keeps that instead of the market rate. It remembers your last rate for next time and shows you what the difference cost.

Manage Groups
Add, reorder, rename and delete account groups in one place, with a hint line that tells you what each control does.

Credit card balance check
If a card's balance ever drifts from its charges and payments, tap "Why?" to see exactly which record explains the difference — or hide the notice if you're happy with it.

Apple Pay setup on iOS 27
The setup guide now shows the iOS 27 Shortcuts flow alongside iOS 26, so every step matches what's on your screen.

A number of fixes and refinements throughout - subcategory widget consumption bug fixed.
Ver 1.93 2026-09-12
Import from Screenshots to add your Grab and Uber rides, orders and tips in one go
Trip budgets with alerts
Credit card balances are now verified against charges and payments, with one-tap Recalculate
Home banner shows the statement amount due, not the running balance
Brunei dollar added, plus rounding and backup fixes
Ver 1.92 2026-08-30
This update makes bills, cards, and goals work the way you actually pay for things.

Card due dates — set a payment due date on each credit card, separate from the statement date, with reminders that follow it. Due dates show on your calendar with the exact statement amount.
Partial bill payments — pay part of a bill now and the rest later. The bill stays due (with its reminder) until the full amount is covered, and shows exactly how much is left.
Installment auto-charge — installments linked to a card can now post their monthly charge automatically. No bills, no reminders, no taps.
Budget alerts — get notified when a category (or subcategory) reaches your chosen percentage of its budget.
Turn an expense into a split — paid for the group? Convert any logged expense into a bill split in two taps. Your totals drop to your share; the rest becomes receivables.
Goal withdrawals — borrow from a savings goal and watch progress recover when you pay it back, or withdraw everything without losing the goal.

Plus: more accurate budget numbers for non-PHP currencies, month-accurate budget cycles, and important stability fixes for deleting and editing expenses.
Ver 1.91.2 2026-08-24
- Total Balance now shows your actual cash — money owed to you from
bill splits is listed separately as a receivable, so your savings
never look bigger than they are.
- New "Savings + Owed" home card for those who want the combined
number back — pick your view in Customize Home Screen.
- Every home screen card now explains exactly what it counts.
- Subscriptions and bills can no longer double-track the same
payment — the two toggles are now either/or, with clearer hints.

Fixes:
- Category pickers in bill splits and trip expenses no longer show
income categories.
- Subcategories are now reachable and neatly grouped in the import
and Quick Log category pickers.
- Editing a bill split keeps categories tidy — subcategories stay
under their parent.
Ver 1.91.1 2026-08-23
Fixed an issue where subcategories couldn't be selected in bill splits, plus stability improvements.
Subscriptions guarded to not recreate a bill in parallel to avoid double count for autocharged subscriptions.
Ver 1.91 2026-08-21
Subcategories are here. You can now break big categories like Food into smaller ones like Groceries, Dining Out, or Coffee, so your spending finally tells the full story.

-Create your own subcategories, or start with the ready-made set and edit them freely.
-Set a budget for a subcategory. It stays within its parent's limit, so your totals always make sense.
-Tap a category in Analytics to see exactly where the money went inside it.
-Moving an old category under a new parent brings all its past expenses along. No retyping, no cleanup.
-Need to sort years of expenses in one go? Select several transactions and recategorize them together.
-Bills can carry subcategories too, and updating a bill's category updates all its past payments.
-Credit cards get some love: filter charges by statement cycle, and open the new monthly chart to see whether you're charging more or less than last month.
-Expenses logged through Apple Pay can now land straight into a subcategory, and a new insight shows how much of your spending arrives that way.
-Plus smaller fixes and polish throughout, including friendlier decimal input for every keyboard.
