ManualJ Liteは、建物の冷暖房負荷を素早く算出するツールです。
壁や天井の断熱材による影響を個別に計算する仕組みがあり、窓の熱伝導率や日射取得率から機器のサイズを導き出せます。地域の気候条件に合わせて外気温を調整できるため、現場の状況に合わせた正確な見積もりができます。入力項目は簡略化されており、ネット環境がない場所でもオフラインで計算を進められます。
工事の提案書や顧客用の資料として、算出した数値をまとめた報告書を書き出したい場面で役立ちます。複雑な計算を自動化できるため、現場での機材選定や見積もり作業をスムーズに進めたい専門家向けです。

迅速な冷暖房負荷の算出
建物の熱負荷を瞬時に計算する機能です。入力からわずか数秒で、必要な機器のサイズや加熱と冷却の数値を導き出せます。
断熱材の影響を個別に計算
壁や天井に使う断熱材を個別に指定して計算に反映させます。素材ごとの性能を正確に反映するため、より実態に近い見積もりが可能になります。
窓の仕様から機器サイズを導出
窓の熱貫流率や日射取得率の数値を入力すると、それに応じた機器の大きさを算出します。複雑な計算工程を自動化するため、機材選定の手間を省けます。
地域の気候条件に合わせた調整
地域の特性に合わせて外気温を書き換える設定が用意されています。特定の地域特有の気象条件を反映させ、現地の状況に即した計算結果を得られます。

• Separate indoor setpoints for cooling (75°F) and heating (70°F). Outdoor design temperatures can be edited for your location.
• Climate zone 8 added. Zone design temperatures now follow the ENERGY STAR Design Temperature Limit Reference Guide (2019 Edition); California zones follow Title 24 Joint Appendix JA2.
