AI Form Fillerは、複雑な書類への入力を支援する仕事効率化アプリです。
ビザの申請書や保険の請求書など多種多様な書類を読み取って、質問に一つずつ回答を促します。音声入力や選択肢の指定で回答を入力できるため、手動で打ち込む手間が省けます。元の書類と照らし合わせながら内容を確認する機能もあり、記入ミスを防ぎながら正確に書類を完成させられます。一度入力したプロフィール情報を保存しておけば、次回の書類作成時に自動で反映されるため、繰り返し入力する手間を省けます。
紙の書類をスマートフォンで撮影して、そのままデジタル上で完成させたい場面に向いています。複雑な項目が多い書類を一つずつ確認しながら進められるため、正確さが求められる事務作業を行う際に重宝します。

Review before anything is filled. The app now shows the answers it plans to use and where each one came from, and you can edit or clear any of them first.
Ask what a field means. You get a short explanation for that field on that form, saved with the form for later. The app explains the field and never invents your personal details.
Fill forms for other people. Keep a profile for each person, such as yourself, a child, or a parent, and use Fill again to run a finished form for someone else.
Answers go on your real pages. On iPhone and iPad the app fills built-in PDF form fields when a document has them. When it does not, you see the actual page and can drag, resize, place, undo, redo, and rescan.
Answers print on your original pages in more languages. Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, and Latin-script text use fonts included in the app, so export also works offline.
