MilGPS PROはどんなアプリ？
MilGPS PROは、現場での高度なナビゲーションを支えるプロ仕様の軍事用GPSアプリです。
複数の座標系を瞬時に切り替える機能があり、MGRSやUTMといった専門的な形式へ一瞬で変換できます。衛星写真や地形図など六種類の地図レイヤーから選べるため、状況に合わせて視覚情報を変えられます。目的までの距離や方位をリアルタイムで示すコンパスや、ルートから外れた際に警告を出す機能も備わっています。あらかじめ登録した地点を管理する機能も充実しており、複数の地点を経由する計画を立てて進むことができます。
オフライン環境でも地図の閲覧や高度の確認ができるため、電波の届かない山岳地帯や人里離れた場所での活動に合っています。捜索救助の任務や登山、あるいは正確な位置把握を必要とする調査の現場で便利です。特定の地点へ確実にたどり着くための正確な情報を求める専門家や、野外での活動を安全に行いたい方のために作られています。

MilGPS PROの注目ポイント
複数の座標系への切り替え
MGRSやUTMなど専門的な座標系を瞬時に切り替えられます。一画面でフォーマットを変換できるため、高度な位置情報のやり取りが必要な現場で正確な数値を導き出せます。
六種類の地図レイヤー
衛星写真や地形図など六種類の地図を状況に応じて選択できます。地勢や道路の重なり具合を視覚的に変えられるため、周囲の環境を把握しながら目的地へ向かえます。
距離と方位を示すコンパス
目的までの距離や方位をリアルタイムで表示するコンパスが備わっています。現在地から目標地点への方向を正確に把握しながら進めるため、迷うことなく移動を続けられます。
ルート逸脱時の警告通知
あらかじめ決めた経路から外れた際に警告が出る機能が入っています。意図しない方向へ進んでいることにすぐ気づけるため、正確なルートを維持しながら移動に集中できます。

WHAT'S NEW
• Auto Route
Now you can create an automatic route between two destinations or from your current location to a destination. A true route following roads and trails is drawn with vehicle, pedestrian, and hiking profiles; you can customize the color, thickness, and name of the generated route as you wish.
• Directions with Google Maps
With a single tap on any destination, you can start voice-guided navigation with live traffic via Google Maps.
• Brand New Search Experience
The search screen has been completely revamped. You can now search by place name in addition to coordinates (results are listed instantly as you type) and search for airfields using airport ICAO codes (e.g., LTAC). Symbol keys have also been added to make it easier to manually enter formats like DMS.
• New Coordinate Formats
DDM, DMS, Google Plus Code, and CK-42 (Gauss-Krüger) formats have been added. These formats are now fully supported on the location screen, the map coordinate band, in destination details, and in search.
• Aviation Features
An aviation map layer displaying airspaces, airfields, and navigation waypoints has been added. Also, an offline airfield database containing thousands of airports worldwide has arrived; by tapping on an airfield, you can view its ICAO code, altitude, and distance information.
• Location Lock and Compass Mode
With the location lock, the map continuously follows you; with the compass (heading-up) mode, the map rotates to the direction you are facing. The location indicator has also been renewed: a direction arrow and a light beam showing your field of view have been added.
• Track Log Editing
You can now edit the color, name, and line thickness of the track logs in the tracks section.
• Altitude and Distance Info
Destination altitudes are shown in both meters and feet. While navigating on the map, the distance, bearing, and reverse bearing information to the looked-at point are instantly displayed on the screen.
