HRV Watch - Stress Watchは、心拍数やストレスの傾向を直感的に把握できるヘルスケアアプリです。
心拍数の推移や安静時の数値をグラフで確認できるほか、心拍変動から導き出されるストレスの傾向を把握できます。一年間のストレス状況を色分けした地図で振り返る機能があり、自分の体調の変化を長期的な視点で確認できます。表示のテーマは動物や植物など多くの意匠から選べ、手元でストレスの状態を確認するたびに好みのデザインを眺められます。
Apple Watchと連携して手元で主要な数値を素早く確認できるため、日々の活動や睡眠の状況を把握したい場面にぴったりです。自分の回復具合を把握しながら、日々のストレス管理に役立てたい方にとって使い勝手の良いツールです。

現在の心拍数や安静時の数値をグラフで追いかけられます。過去のデータと比較しながら体調の変化を客観的に把握できるため、日々の健康管理に役立ちます。
心拍変動から導き出されるストレスの傾向
心拍変動のデータを解析してストレスの状態を推測します。自分の体がどの程度回復しているかを数値で確認しながら、日々の過ごし方を振り返る材料にできます。
一年間のストレス状況を映す色分けの地図
一年の間に蓄積したストレスの状態を色分けした地図で振り返ることができます。長期的な視点で自分の体調の変化を視覚的に捉え、健康の傾向を把握できます。
動物や植物など手書きの意匠による表示
デフォルトの円形以外にも、動物や植物や幽霊など二十八種類もの意匠から選べます。好みのデザインをあつらえて、通知や通知のたびに表示されるアイコンを眺められます。
