Better ST for Bose SoundTouchは、BoseのSoundTouchスピーカーを操作するための専用アプリです。
独自のサーバーを経由せず、ローカルネットワーク内の機器を自動で検知するため、プライバシーを守りながら素早く操作を開始できます。本体のプリセットボタンも有効にするための機能が入っており、本体だけで特定の曲やステーションを再生する動作を維持できます。複数の部屋で音量を個別に設定して同期させるシーンを作成できるため、一回の操作で家中のスピーカーを好みの音量に整えられます。世界中の数千もの放送局から選べるほか、地名やジャンルで絞り込んで好みの音源を探せます。
ホーム画面から特定の再生環境をすぐに起動できるため、朝の準備や夕方のくつろぎの時間に決まった設定を呼び出したい場面に合っています。外出先から操作するよりも、自宅のネットワーク内で安定した接続を保ちながら音楽を楽しみたい方に適しています。
