MinuteONE: Transcribe Offlineは、ネット環境がない場所でも録音内容をテキストへ変換するツールです。
端末内だけで処理を完結させるため、機内モードや電波の届かない建物の中でも安心して使えます。録音が終わるとAIがタイトルや要約、決定事項を自動で生成するので、会議の議事録作成などの手間を省けます。あらかじめ録音された音声ファイルを取り込んで文字起こしを行うこともでき、会話のやり取りを判別して不要な言葉を削った状態で記録を残せます。
外部サーバーへデータを送信しない仕組みのため、機密性の高い打ち合わせやインタビューの記録に重宝します。外出先での急な聞き取りや、電波環境に左右されず正確な記録を残したい場面で助けになります。

LIVE TRANSCRIPTION
Words appear on screen as they're spoken. Transcription runs on the device and no longer waits for the recording to end. You can turn the preview off in Settings for long sessions to save battery.
VIDEO IMPORT
Import video from Files or Photos. MinuteONE pulls out the audio, transcribes it, and writes the summary without uploading anything.
TRANSCRIPTS
Transcripts now read as conversational turns with timestamps. MinuteONE removes stutters and duplicated lines. On-device AI writes the meeting title instead of using the first five words of the transcript.
EXPORT
• PDF reports paginate correctly. Long transcripts no longer stop at page one.
• Save the original audio file from the Export menu. If the file is in iCloud, you see download progress first.
• Markdown and plain text exports use the same structure as the PDF.
RELIABILITY
• MinuteONE saves the recording before transcription starts, so a failed transcription never loses audio.
• Stopping a recording no longer hangs.
• iCloud downloads show progress and retry instead of giving up after 60 seconds.
• Library search covers every meeting, not only the most recent 500.
• If the database can't open at launch, the app explains why and offers a retry instead of crashing.
• Playback resumes correctly after interruptions, and transcript highlighting stays in sync.
• Summaries, action items, and decisions stay readable on devices without Apple Intelligence.
PRIVACY
• The live transcript is hidden in the app switcher.
• Diagnostic logs no longer contain filenames or error text.
• Calendar access is gone. MinuteONE no longer asks for it.
