Nava - Sleep & Focus Soundsはどんなアプリ？
Nava - Sleep & Focus Soundsは、心地よい音の重なりで深い眠りや集中を助ける環境を作るアプリです。
特定の周波数を帯びたカラーノイズや、雨と森の音を重ねた自然の音など、複数の音源を自由に組み合わせられます。ホワイトノイズが周囲の雑音を遮り、ピンクやブラウンの音が穏やかな眠りを促すため、自分の好みに合わせた空間を整えられます。タイマー機能で音をゆっくりと消していく設定も選べるため、寝入りの妨げになりません。
耳を守るための音量制限や、通信環境がない場所でも使えるオフライン対応が含まれています。仕事や勉強に集中したいときや、騒がしい場所で静かな空間を確保したい場面で助けになります。瞑想やリラックスの時間を大切にする方なら、好みの音を選んで自分だけの安らぎを見つけられます。

Settings now shows the version you are actually running

Nature sounds now loop without a gap
• Rain, wind, forest and crickets had a moment of silence baked into the start and end of the recording, so you heard it drop out every time the sound looped. They have been re-cut to run continuously.

A rebuilt Noise screen
• The Noise screen has been reworked from the ground up. Quick Presets now sit above the mixer as a grid of larger, easier-to-hit pills, ordered favourites first, then the ones you have used recently.
• Your saved mixes get their own My Presets row, with a "+" to save whatever you are listening to.
• Noise levels are now horizontal rows, so the sliders no longer lose your drag to the system volume overlay.
Picks up where you left off
• Nava remembers your mix and your tab and reopens on the sound you left. Playback stays paused until you press play.

• Tap a preset and it starts playing straight away — no second tap.
• The preset you are listening to is highlighted properly, and the player is named after it. A saved mix no longer shows up under the name of a built-in preset that happened to share its levels.
• A "Save as preset" button appears under the bars once your mix matches nothing saved, so keeping it is one tap — and it stays out of the way when it would only create a duplicate.
• Long-press one of your own presets to delete it. A confirmation comes first, since a saved mix cannot be recovered.
