O2 Buddy: Blood Oxygen SpO2は、Apple Watchで測定した血中酸素濃度の記録をiPhoneやホーム画面で確認できるアプリです。
過去の数日間から数ヶ月分までの推移をタップ一つで切り替えられるため、日々の変化を比較しながら傾向を把握できます。日中の数値と睡眠中の数値を並べて表示する機能があり、休息中の状態も把握しやすいです。特定の数値を下回った際に通知を受け取る設定も選べます。Apple Watchの画面上でも直近の数値や一週間の推移を確認できるため、手元で素早く状況を確かめられます。
自分の体調の変化を記録として残したいときや、日々の健康状態をより詳しく把握したい場面に向いています。特に睡眠中の酸素濃度の変化を定期的に確認したい人にとって、視覚的に分かりやすく整理されたデータは役立ちます。

Apple Watchで測った血中酸素濃度をiPhoneやホーム画面へ転送して確認できます。外出先や家の中など好きな場所で数値を確認する際に助けになります。
期間を切り替えて比較する機能
数日間から数ヶ月分まで表示期間をタップ一つで切り替えられます。過去の記録と現在の数値を比較しながら体調の変化を追いかけられるため、推移の把握に便利です。
昼と夜の数値を並べて確認
日中のデータと睡眠中のデータを並べて表示する機能があります。寝ている間の酸素状態を他の時間帯と比較して、休息中の体の変化を詳しく把握できます。
数値低下時の通知設定
あらかじめ決めた数値を下回った際に通知を受け取る設定が選べます。体調に変化があった際や、特定の数値に達した瞬間に通知を受け取ってすぐに確認できます。

Tap the moon to compare your daytime readings against your overnight ones. If you wear your watch to sleep, try this one first.
RICHER READING DETAILS
Tap any reading to see where it fell that day, how it compares to readings taken around the same time on other days, and whether it's normal, below normal, or low.
NEW TREND WIDGET
A new Home Screen widget shows your 7-day trend at a glance, in small and medium sizes.

• A color-coded gauge ring for circular slots
