This is a big update with new looks, more reliable notifications and many improvements on every platform.

NEW: Window Backgrounds (Mac)
Choose how SyncTaskBar looks on your desktop:
• Standard: the classic look
• Vibrant: translucent, like native macOS windows
• Dark Glass: a darker, frosted look
• Liquid Glass and Clear Liquid Glass on macOS 26 and later
• Solid: a calm, opaque background
You can also adjust the opacity and turn on an accent color tint.

Choose Standard, Light Glass, Dark Glass or Solid, with adjustable opacity. Windows on visionOS also resize better, and the split view layout is improved.

Notifications
• Time Sensitive notifications: important reminders can break through Focus modes if you allow it.

• A new "Enable Notifications" button helps if notifications were turned off.

This update improves task editing and reminder reliability across all supported platforms.
• Improved date selection and closing behavior in the Mac task detail window.
• Repeating reminders now continue automatically while the app is closed. Repeats start after one full interval; selected dates apply to one-time reminders.
• Completing a task now fully clears its reminder, preventing old alarms from returning when the task is reopened.
• Turning notifications off now cancels scheduled task reminders.
• Added clearer messages and retry options when tasks cannot be loaded or changes cannot be saved.
• Updated the bundled font selection.
