Tameno - 繰り返しタイマー (筋トレ)はどんなアプリ？
Tameno - 繰り返しタイマー (筋トレ)は、一定の周期で通知を鳴らして自動的に再開するタイマーです。
二秒から二十分までの間隔を設定すると、時間が経過するたびに音や画面の点滅、振動で合図を送ります。この合図に合わせて次の動作へ移れるため、回数を数える手間を省いて目の前の作業に集中できます。Apple Watchと連携して手元で通知を受け取れるほか、音声による操作も行えます。複数のデバイスで同期されるため、場所を問わず一貫した設定で利用できます。
庭の草木へ順番に水をやりたいときや、歯磨きの際に範囲を細かく分けて磨く場面で便利です。ヨガのポーズを一定時間維持するり体力を追い込む筋トレのインターバル管理にも重宝します。毎日のルーティンを正確な時間配分で進めたい練習や、マインドフルネスの呼吸法を取り入れたい方に向いています。

自動で再開するタイマー機能
あらかじめ設定した周期で通知が届くと同時にタイマーが自動で再開します。次の動作へ移るタイミングを逃さないため、目の前の作業に集中し続けられます。
音や振動による合図の受け取り
通知の際に音や画面の点滅や振動が反応します。視線を外さなくても合図を捉えられるので、手元で確認できるApple Watchと連携して動作の切り替えをスムーズに行えます。
反復作業の管理による効率化
