Transit • Subway & Bus Timesは、公共交通機関の運行状況をリアルタイムで確認できるナビゲーションアプリです。
バスや電車の正確な出発時刻を把握できるため、乗り物がいつ来るか予測しながら移動できます。複数の交通手段を組み合わせた経路の比較も一画面で行えるので、自転車と電車を組み合わせるような計画もスムーズに立てられます。遅延などの運行情報を通知で受け取れる機能もあり、地下などで通信が不安定な場所でも正確な到着予測を確認できる仕組みです。
お気に入りの目的地や路線を登録すれば、次に行く場所へ素早く移動するための計画を立てられます。Apple Watchと連動して手元で通知を確認できるため、スマートフォンを取り出さずに乗り換えのタイミングを把握したい場面に向いています。

2. Get a shareable link
3. People who open your link can see your trip, current location, and ETA
Rest assured: only people with the link can see your trip, and you can turn off your broadcast at any time.
AKA you no longer have to text your friends “I’ll be there in 10 minutes” (when you’re actually 15 minutes away…) because they can now see your ETA update in real-time. Transit delay? Sidetracked by a cute dog? Not sure if you’ll make the last train? Keep your loved ones up-to-date with your progress.

- Boston Green Line riders rejoice: we defeated the six-headed sea monster of branched train lines: instead of making you swipe through six different train “directions” (when it was really the same train, just stopping at different platforms) we now show just two train directions, with the branches and platforms nested underneath
- We added better handling for connecting lines, so you know which bus and train lines you can easily transfer to when searching a station or tapping on a trip plan
- We made sure that scheduled disruptions appear in all the various places that they should have been appearing in all along! (Like putting strikes on cancelled departures when you tap open a line or trip plan. Oopsie.)
- A couple little typographical tweaksie-doodles on the Home Screen widget that helps you plan a trip to a saved location

Once you enable Trip History in the settings, you can start tracking all the tracks you’ve travelled down, including:
- every GO trip you’ve taken
- the number of riders you helped via GO crowdsourcing
- the rating you left each trip
- what the weather was like
- how long the trip took, how long you waited
- top speed (wheeeee) and more

Toronto and Vancouver! TTC and TransLink connoisseurs have been upgraded to Royale for FREE — along with a smattering of other in-app upgrades — thanks to partnerships with two of Canada’s most iconic transit agencies.
From the CN Tower to the Seawall, we're doing our darnedest to get Royale to more and more cities. We want ALL release-notes-reading Transit superfans (but also, just regular transit riders!) to have the best app, the best data, and to feel secure knowing that their feedback about their local bus and train service is making its way to agency staff.
To date, more than 180 agencies sponsor Royale for their riders! If you are a lucky Torontonian, Vancouverite — or just someone with a Royale case of FOMO — we have all the partnerships deets at our blog: transitapp.com/blog
On the non-partnership-side-of-things we’re trucking along doing our thang.
