Neverwinter Nightsは、ダンジョンズ&ドラゴンズの世界を舞台にしたロールプレイングゲームです。
物語の核心に迫る本編に加えて、六つの追加シナリオが収録されています。広大な世界を舞台に、呪われた疫病の治療法を探すために危険な街やモンスターの巣窟を冒険する旅に身を置けます。グラフィックも向上しており、コントラストや彩度を好みに合わせて調整できるため、視覚的な変化を細かく指定できます。独自の操作体系により、画面の向きに合わせてボタンが反応するため、直感的に操作を進められます。
一人で物語の謎を解き明かすことも、友人と協力して壮大な冒険に挑むことも選べます。クロスプラットフォームに対応しているため、一緒に遊ぶ友人がスマートフォンやパソコンなど異なる機種を使っていても同じ世界で共に歩めます。仲間と協力して多人数で広大な世界を探索したい場面や、じっくりと重厚な物語を追いかけたいときに合った内容です。
