Stretch Timerはどんなアプリ？
Stretch Timerは、筋肉を伸ばすストレッチの時間を正確に管理するタイマーです。
各ストレッチの持続時間を秒単位で指定できるため、適切な時間だけ筋肉を伸ばすことができます。休憩時間の長さを個別に設定したり、目標とする回数を登録して管理したりする機能も備わっています。カウントダウンに合わせて次の動作を案内する表示があり、音声による合図も選べるため、画面を見ながらの動きに集中できます。
自分の体調に合わせて練習のメニューを組み立てたいときや、正確なペースでトレーニングを進めたい場面にぴったりです。適切なタイミングで休憩や次の動作に移れるため、毎日の習慣として取り入れる際の支えになります。

Stretch Timerの注目ポイント
秒単位の持続時間指定
ひとつのストレッチごとに秒単位で時間を設定できます。正確な秒数で動きを管理するため、自分のペースで筋肉を伸ばす時間に集中できます。
個別の休憩時間設定
種目ごとに異なる休憩時間を細かく指定できます。体調に合わせて休息の長さを変えたいときも、スムーズに次の動作へ移れます。
目標回数の登録と管理
