Made for iPhone Duo

- New landscape layout: with iPhone Duo open in landscape, the Moon, its path across the sky and the title share one page. The date and the full details for the day fill the other. Fold it like a book and everything stays in place, clear of the fold.
- Folded like a laptop: half fold the Duo in portrait and the Moon screen puts a larger graph and the date on the upright half, with the Moon on the half lying flat.
- Calendar, half folded: the month sits on the bottom half. Tap any day to see its moonrise, moonset, illumination, distance and Moon events on the upper half.
- Settings: settings appear in two columns when there's room, on iPhone Duo and iPad. They split neatly around the fold.

This update also includes smoother animations and minor fixes.

• Built for iPhone Duo
Lunar Phase now fits both displays, closed or open. The Moon, controls, sheets and onboarding all use the whole screen, stay clear of the camera, and the Moon grows to fill the larger display.

• A more realistic Moon
The Moon is now lit the way the real one is: a full Moon evenly bright all the way to its edge, crisper shadows along the terminator, and a faint blue earthshine on the dark side of a crescent.

• A new moonrise
When you open the app, the Moon drifts into tonight's phase as it appears, and its path across the sky draws itself up to the current time.

• A bigger Moon in Moon Details
Moon Details and the Lunar Compass keep the Moon large on smaller screens. Drag Moon Details up to full screen for an even bigger Moon and zodiac sign.

• Improvements & fixes
The main screen has been rebuilt for smoother animationsments and minor bug fixes.
